The homes are far from basic, featuring mid-century modern architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows. Each property includes a 1,450 sq. ft. primary residence with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a 700 sq. ft. secondary residence with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot with a swimming pool and mountain views. The zero net energy homes are fueled by solar energy and an optional Tesla Powerwall battery and EV (electric vehicle) chargers are available.
